The rules for the teams are the same throughout the whole season. The categories High, Middle and Low indicate which races are more important. More points are given in national championships that are categorized as High

Thanks, Joe! Ok, so you always have to have 20 riders then?... Do the points for races classified as High, Mediem and Low fall into any particular categories in the ones at?:
http://www.cyclingbattle.com/punten.php
By the way, are these points exactly the ones used bu the UCI or are these game specific? Thanks for all the trouble...

20 riders indeed. For the national championships, look for "Category: CT.NC high valued", "Category: CT.NC Middle valued" and "Category: CT.NC Low valued" on the "Points" tab. The points are game specific, but reflect the difference between the different race categories.

The Giro teams had to be made exactly of 20 riders. Is that the same for the competition between the Giro and the Tour? 20 riders? Or can it be less?... The 14 races above are in the competitionand also the National Championshios of Spain, Italy, Belgiium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland and Norway, too? What is Hoog? What is Frankrijk> France? What is Midden? What is Verenigd Koninkrijk? And what does 'De tijdritkampioenschappen van deze landen worden gecategoriseerd als Laag. ' mean? Thank you!
